How Does It Work?
When you call our office, the first thing we will do is make an appointment to meet with you in person.
At the appointment, we will help you to fill-out a form with your basic information and goals. We also will ask you when you are available to have lessons with a tutor.
After this appointment, our education coordinators will review your form and will look for a tutor who matches your schedule and goals. Sometimes we find a match very quickly! Other times, students will have to wait several weeks or a month for a tutor. We try to match students with tutors as quickly as we can!
Next, we will call you and make an appointment for you and your tutor to meet. A LitNet staff member will introduce you to your tutor and will help with the first lesson.
Then, you and your tutor will meet weekly, at a time and in a location that is convenient for you both.
Remember, if you have questions at any time, you can always call the LitNet office for help at 413-243-0471.
