Scholarship for New Americans
Making the American Dream a Reality
In 2019, LitNet launched the Hannah and Matthew Keator Scholarship for New Americans program—Berkshire County’s first scholarship for prospective U.S. citizens. The scholarship, which covers the N-400 application fee and provides free tutoring in English and Civics with a LitNet tutor, has helped 45 local people become U.S. citizens in the past five years.
