For many of us, our ancestors had to learn English and seek out opportunity to ensure their next generation could have better lives full of opportunity.
Dedicated supporters like you make it possible for LitNet to continue showing up strong and ready for Berkshire County immigrants who are here to transform their lives. We are proud to partner with our brave and eager neighbors who come to us to learn or improve their English skills so that they can grow their dreams and pave a way forward for themselves.
Despite uncertainty on many fronts, our learners continue to pursue English for the sake of having better opportunities. So far this year we have sustained an average of slightly more than 200 active learners and a waitlist of about 35 people. Times have changed, but the American story of wanting to do better for one’s family and future remains the same.
