We close out February with 191 active tutor-learner pairs engaged in weekly 1:1 tutoring. Already in 2024 our monthly average of active learners is slightly higher than it was throughout 2023, and we have close to 30 learners on our waiting list! So, as you can imagine, things are chugging along inside the LitNet offices. We continue to seek out volunteer tutors for our expanding needs!
As we work to keep pairing prospective learners with available tutors, we’re excited to be brewing new programming. We have another bilingual FAFSA workshop scheduled for March 30th. And stay tuned for announcements of new LitNet community events we’re hoping to launch this spring, summer, and fall!
