In September 2026, the LitNet Learning Center opened its doors at 137 North Street, Crawford Square, Pittsfield.
This exciting new endeavor reinforces our commitment to serving Berkshire County by being where the people we serve need us most. Over the years, LitNet has increasingly been serving people living in central Berkshire County, and having a bigger presence in the Pittsfield community feels long overdue.
The LitNet Learning Center provides a welcoming space where multiple tutoring sessions can take place simultaneously. It also allows us to host workshops, meetings, and our growing list of supplemental classes—such as our Business English class and ongoing Book Group. We are offering extended evening hours (currently we are open until 8 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays) to better accommodate our community and to create a space where learners can study, read, or simply regroup between work, school, and other commitments.
We are also excited by the growth of our team. Our Learner Liaison, Leesly Collins. Leesly, a Colombian immigrant and current LitNet learner, will help welcome and onboard new learners while strengthening and nurturing meaningful connections across our learning community.
